S7 sport exhaust vs. RS7 exhaust

Is there a difference between the S7 sport exhaust (as supplied with the sport package option on my 2016) vs. the RS 7 non-akro exhaust? The RS7's seem louder on all the youtube vids so I was wondering if there was a mechanical difference. Mine is silent until you're in sport mode. Then it's snap, crackle, and pop on decel. Nice tone on accel, but nothing to write home about. Would like a throatier system under load.

I think it’s the center muffler that does the magic. But it may also be something upstream in the down pipes. There is a YouTube video out there of an S7 that is using an RS7 Exhaust and it does have that better sound.
