2003 3.0L TCM - Water on passenger floor

been looking on line for possible areas of water infiltration - replaced the TCM once (corroded bad)

checked the four main areas
1. lower seal on the plastic at the base of the windshield
2. plastic cover over cabin filter
3. seal around base of the cabin filter "area"
4. drains around the battery

Still getting water - does anyone have any ideas where to check next?

The drains at both corners below the windhield plastic cowl? Where the bolts to the hood are seated. Mine were clogged which resulted in water on the passenger floor
