I know they restyled the grille but are the C7 and C7.5 grille interchangeable?

no.
A/S/RS C7 is different than C7.5.
and also FYI, 6 and 7 grilles are not interchangeable.

Also FYI.....
The C7 RS7 Grill is an easy fit to the C7 S7.
The C7.5 RS Grill is a total PITA to fit to the C7.5 S7. It’s not an easy changeover.
