Getting airbag light and code:
1 Fault Found:
02511 - Control Module for Seat Occupied Recognition (J706) 004 - No Signal/Communication - MIL ON
Is the problem on the MODULE side or the SEAT side?
If seat: which of the connectors is the seat occupancy? What can i test/measure on the seat (broken wire, continuity, resistance, etc)? wiring diagram?
If module: where is the module located? What can I test/measure?
With no signal/communication to the module, does it mean the airbag system does not know if seat is occupied or not?
If it thinks it is not occupied, will passenger side airbag not go off if needed?
