Just wondering if anyone has used the B6/7 s4 rear calipers or any other options for the rear besides RS6 rears
TIA

You can do a couple of things from using the B5 S4 rears with caliper to using the B6/7 S4 rears though the parking brake location is slightly different as to the cable placement. Alternatively if you have a 2.7, you can upgrade to the 4.2 rear discs and rotors which are slightly larger and vented.

B6/7 s4 rear rotor, JHM brackets and original or C5 S6 calipers.

You could run these brackets https://voshmods.com/collections/audi-c5/products/c5-steel-knuckle-330-mm-rear-big-brake-adapter-bracket
Touareg 4 piston brembo rear calipers and a wilwood parking brake. 👍
B6/7 S4 rears with 310mm D3 A8 rear rotors. you do have to do some spacing of the carriers but thats the gist of it.

This is for a C5 S6. These are the options i researched
Option 1
j0wE did this recently as well im just wondering if the widebody offset would be an issue
B7 S4 rear calipers over D3 A8L 310mm rear rotors for his allroad paired with 18z & ML 345 mm or Q5 3.0 4 piston with B8 S4 345mm rotor
Option2
I know Bordom did this recently on his allroad which i could run
Q5 4 piston 2.0t with stock front rotor 320x30 or Q5 3.0 supercharged with B8 345x30mm rotor or 18z 6 piston ML 345x30mm rotor (widebody offset issue) with
C5 S6 Rear calipers w/carrier (left+right);
-D2 S8 rear rotors; 280x22mm
-Replacement M12x1 crush washers
OR
Option 3
Q5 2.0T 4 piston with stock S6 320x30 with stock rear calipers/carriers with slotted rear rotors
Q5 2.0T or Q5 3.0 are the same caliper size difference is 3.0 allows bigger rotor 345mm but caliper pistons are the same size

None of the mentioned rear options will work with S6 as is.
S6 and V8 A6 have aluminum rear knuckles and wider hub. So neither offset, neither bolting on any of the rear setups will work.
You'll have to swap in A6 V6, allroad or RS6 knuckles to make any of those retrofits work as well as rear tie rods.
I haven't found any rear brake upgrade for S6 as of right now, except Brembo 4 pots with custom brackets.
This is for a C5 S6.
Oh that changes everything, I believe the only option that is "bolt-on" is the Apikol rear brackets. You use B5 S4 rear calipers and carriers(I have some for sale) and said brackets with D3 A8 310mm rear brake rotors.
