I am replacing the turbo on my B7 A4 2.0T car. I am not doing a huge upgrade, just in maintenance mode and keeping it with the K03 for now. I wanted to ask if there was any additional items that should be replaced 'while I'm in there' since the turbo will be coming out? If there are any things that would be easier to pull / replace with the turbo off, please let me know.

The passenger side motor mount is a good thing to replace while you've got the turbo out of the way.

Toss a HFC on there while you have the turbo out!

And yea motor mounts would be a good idea. 034 street density.

Already have an 034 HFC installed, but good tip on the motor mounts. Any other items to consider replacing?

Might want to consider replacing the diverter valve if yours is original.

Maybe the coolant flange? Having the turbo gone might give you decent access?

That’s all I can think of though.

Since you have your turbo unbolted from your cat. Might be a good time to check the flex joint on the down pipe. If its bad. Easier to do removing cat and down pipe as a unit.

X2 on the motor mount... might want to check your coolant/oil lines to see if they might need to be replaced. If not you might want to replace the washers for the banjo fittings on these lines
