I've been have a strange problem with my 2.0t fsi engine. The car is bucking in first gear WOT between 3-5k rpm. I was asked to take a log of the Channel 91 and Channel 002 and Channel 031 during the events. My specified and actual cam adjustment is off up to 7 degrees sometimes. The cam sensor is new, the crank sensor is new, the cam adjuster is new, cam adjuster housing is new, cam adjuster seals are new, the chain and tensioner is new and so is the adjuster solenoid. My oil pressure is good too 90+ at 3000 rpm . LPFP sensor is new and the HP Rail sensor is new also.
The timing at the belt is set right , the timing at the chain is right. I have no check engine lights, the cam adjustment is measuring 28 specified and 27.5-28.0 at idle it tracks well until about 2500 rpm and then it starts drifting lower.
Can someone please take a log of 002, and 091 in first gear from idle to 5000rpm?
