Good afternoon all,

I've read multiple articles and have watched multiple videos about how to properly rock an exhaust that doesn't ruin the exhaust note while also running test pipes

After posting here for the first time in a year, you guys convinced me to say screw it and order test pipes.

I currently have the ECS Resonated Valved exhaust on order, and when I put it on I will also be installing my test pipes. At this same time, I will be installing a muffler/resonator in place of the X pipe that ECS provides.

My question is, has anybody attempted this with this valved exhaust or is this going to be a first?

How does it sound with both valves opened/valves closed?

I know in the ECS thread a lot of us are requesting an exhaust that comes like this, but unfortunately is not available.

I will be putting the muffler here.

After speaking with ECS, I now know that we have two options.

(I haven't seen anybody use this yet.) Opinions?

I've seen multiple people use this, but I've been informed this muffler does NOT last. How long did yours last, and would you recommend something different than these two options?

Thanks in advance. If others are looking for exhaust clips of this setup, I will get them up as soon as my exhaust comes in.

Will be awesome to hear this! I've only had my 11386 for about 6000 miles but it's fine

i did it (thats actually my picture haha) . i've been meaning to do a write up but haven't sat down to do it

short answer: its wicked loud open, borderline stock when closed, drones bad with both. i'm prob going back to normal stage 2 and have cats reinstalled

i'll work on a better write up

Hey man, thanks for the picture :)

So you used the magnaflow muffler in place of where that X pipe goes? Any chance you can take a video of it?

Did you hear about the header wrap when it comes to the drone?

i had the 11385 with my AWE, not the ECS. it replaced the center res
the 11385 will not fit in the ECS system without custom work. the spacing of the inlets/outlets is too far apart
working on writing up a full review now
