Been running a stage 1 ECU tune on my car for about a month, but it is now starting to make a very strong burning smell after accelerating. Wondering if any of you guys have had any similar issues or if it’s something i should be worried about.

You are sure it is related to the tune?
Check your PCV connections?
Do you have any smoke coming out of your pipes?
Did you drip or leak anything on the exhaust manifolds? > recent oil change?
Forget to put your oil cap back on?

It did begin to happen right after an oil change but this is my 2nd oil change with the car now and i didn’t have the issue with the first.
Edit: It’s been 2,000 miles since the oil change and stage 1 tune now as well.

I'd start with looking for leaks somewhere in the motor bay.
2000 miles should have burnt off any spilled oil from an oil change already, unless there's a constant leak
Even check your intake piping for any residue.
Are you loosing any oil?
I'm not sure how a tune could make an oil smoke smell occur.

Well... burning oil that was spilled... or maybe even a loose filter or drain plug could cause a slow leak and constant smell if it has been 2000 miles... have you checked oil level?

Oil level has maintained the same i will get it up on jacks tonight and remove all the covers and take a look. It’s definitely a hot burning smell though. Like you said any spilt oil would have burned off.

belts slipping?

Is there a certain mileage that the supercharger belt should be replaced I’m currently at 66K miles.

Can you be more specific. Burning smell, like burning rubber, oil or electrical

I'm guessing SC belt, noticed on mine when I went Stage 2 DP.
Feel the ribbed portion of the belt when it isn't running.
You'll be surprised at how rough it feels.
Use a Continental or Gates.
Or Bando, but replace Bando yearly.
