I am pretty sure I found the leak the temp sensor is operating but I got the pinkish stuff around the clip, any idea the correct P/N or size for the O-Ring...thanks. Never mind found it...Went to Orelly's grabbed 4 for 4 bucks, now with that being said, that clip!!!! ( more on that in a second) Yes removing the cap for a second helped, pulling out the sensor did dump some coolant out ( more that I expected) the O-ring had to be dug out, I figured it was not installed until I looked down in there, popped it out put in the replacement and pressed down on the sensor while trying to get my giant hams down in there to put on the clip, I tied some floss to the clip so if ( and it did ) fall into the engine bay, I could fish it out. After fishing it out ( while worrying how I am going to get to work if I cant get this damn clip out)....just take your time and use a good source of light to press it back into place with out breaking it...ok rant over I took her out for a late night spin, got the engine to temp and checked for leaks none to report...whew....time for a bath and a shot...peace.
