S4 b8 rebuild + b8.5 facelift

Hey guys i just picked up a s4 it seemed like it had a custom heat exchanger kit installed including coolant pump and res anyone can help me identify it or does it look like from a custom setup ? i believe AWE's cold front system has an option to add that brand of pump
the supercharger pulley would be smaller than stock. 57 vs 63mm if i remember correctly

OP, your post is a disaster and I am not able to make heads or tails of any of it. Also, what about this is B8.5 Facelift?

I would say it's likely tuned. You can contact the vendors with your VIN and see if they have any records.

Hi, i am sorry i thought it would be ok to post my progress as i purchased this vehicle damaged and I’m going to have it rebuilt. It’s a 2011 Audi s4 but i have purchased all 13+ panels to facelift it to b8.5 only need the headlights and sourcing a rs4 style bumper soon. Sorry for the confusion

Ah, that makes more sense to me now, and good find. Hopefully you got a deal out of it and take the time to do things right. As stated before, give you VIN to the vendors of software to see what's installed, if anything. But because it has upgraded cooling, I would suspect it has software on the ECU.

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone could help ! First big issue i am having is p0087 low fuel pressure , this i checked connection they seem fine , also second issue is the radio/mmi doesn’t work at all is there maybe a fuse or something i can check it doesn’t even connect with my buddies vag com says cant communicate. I am mostly concerned about the p0087 also the supercharger sounds super loud i have no idea if the bearing is bad or that’s how it’s supposed to sound this is my first s4 (74k Mileage) here is some build pics btw 123638123638123639123640

Looks like you have an aftermarket intake on there which would make the supercharger sound a lot louder. You should be fine

Supercharger noise is normal with your intake. There are additional MMI fuses in the trunk on the passenger side.

NOOB question, I want to convert a 2010 headlights and bumper with the 2014 headlights and bumper. Is it a direct bolt on or is there some modification require??

You would need to change the fenders , hood , bumper , bumper clips for 2013 bumper , inner fender support , the inner fender splash shield can be modified other then the headlight bracket for the 2013+ it’s all direct bolt on to the chassis . You do need to do some coding for the new headlights on VCDS

As long as there capa at least aftermarket isn’t always perfect fit but as long as it’s a 13-16 fenders your should be good a4 and s4 same exact fender and hood only difference is the bumpers , technically you can put a a4 bumper on a s4 and vice versa. Just the look is different if you need any help regarding anything you might need let me know .

Small update, I’m repairing the harness that was damaged , also sneak peak of the “cherry black trick clear” i added to her . Let me know what you guys think also i think the supercharger bearing is bad due to the collision if anyone can help me confirm this. I also need to replace the HPFP it take awhile to start then normal. 140430140431140432
