Clicking sound coming from the throttle peddle?

Hey guys has anyone experienced a clicking sound/feel from the throttle pedal when going uphill or downhill around a corner? Or would happen to know what that means? It happens every time I go around certain turns, not really sure if something needs to be replaced?
