I thought some of you might like this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xC-qf0ByIs&feature=youtu.be) of my 2015 Audi RS5 with it's JHM non-reasonated downpipes and valved exhaust system, JHM ECU tune, and Eventuri intake. I went with JHM on the exhaust because it didn't have as much rasp as the Capristo exhaust (and everyone seems to put that on their RS5), which I didn't really want.

I think she sounds pretty mean (especially with the valves open), although there is more drone between 1500 - 2000 RPMs then I'd like.

Finally, someone else!

Sounds almost identical to mine, but more intake sound with the Eventuri!

You went 2.75Ē all the way back?

I have the same setup. With valves closed, it's about 10% louder than the factory sport exhaust between 1500-2200 RPM.

I only drive our RS5 with the valves open. Sounds too good lol

I'm thinking about buying this exhaust system. Part of what I want is a low, muscle like rumble at idle. Does this system provide that?

I wouldnít say the JHM setup has a muscle rumble at idle. My only wish is it was slightly louder outside the car in dynamic. HAVING said that ... when you open it up and the revs climb, the combination of the resonators they selected with the shifts give a TON of driver satisfaction:

You can hear at the end of this clip at low RPM the muscle sound (itís just not really there on idle as much):

If you want low end muscle on idle, is look at the GTHaus system.

Dude you started smiling at the 9 second timer lol.

I'm strongly considering an exhaust as my first upgrade.

Besides our software, our JHM Exhaust for these cars are heavily. Specially in dynamic mode with the rev matched downshifts. Eargasm

+1 on the upshifts and downshifts. I donít know what resonator/muffler combo setup you guys used to amplify the shift *burp* thatís unique to the RS5 but itís EXTREMELY satisfying. The shift burp isnít picked up in the videos as the microphone doesnít capture that decibel range. People are missing out as thatís the primary advantage for this exhaust over the competitors IMO.

Very nice, best sounding exhaust I've heard IMO.

I'm torn between 4 systems.

JHM - Nice sound, concerned with lack of sound at idle.
Miltek - muscle car sound at certain RPMs
Capristo - likely too expensive but not ruling out.
Armytrix - Nice deep sound

Where does the AWE touring (track + res downpipes) fit in here?
