2.0 audi a4 vs. 2.0 wrx 02
well, this is how it went. 2 weeks ago.
stockvsstock me>wrx by 3 car lengths at 100mph me having him the whole way
1 week later, he got a straight pipe with can 3"
wrx>me by 4 car lengths him having me the whole way
did this 2 times.
he got his exhaust custom its straight to can.
he got his pipe done for like 175, he said i could get the same thing for my car but for a little more. should i get a exhaust by a custom company? and could they tune lets say.. apr software taht im probly gonna get too... my custom pipe.? thanks.

It went from you taking him by three car lenghts, to him taking you by four? Just from a race exhaust? Wow...OK. Well, one thing's for sure, now you need a new exhaust.

well, he said before that he wasnt launching before very good, and some mircle or somthing must of happend cause now he takes me with ease

Custom exhaust is often a bit more cost effective, but with kit exhaust systems you definately know what you are getting. Sherpa has an APR exhaust on his B7 Avant and that thing has a nice pur to it.

there is a 5hr trial, as offered by a local REVO dealer here in Toronto.

forget the trial, just get the full program. that way you can 'smoke' him every weekend.[drive]

i went to a local dealer to get the trial.. they said they dont make the trial version for the B7

honestly i dunno if i read it right, but 90% of his power prolly comes from the straight pipe...
my exhaust didnt make much of a diff on my b6 or at least one i felt, w/ my testpipe it was night and day...
i regret to this day i took it off when i did.
def. want to run one on my b7.
