Is it pre or post EPA fix?

From doing the vin search it looks to be post fix.

You should be looking at when the last fuel filter was changed out, what they used/how often engine oil was changed out, ecu tunes, and just regular stuff you'd look at buying a car.

Car is from an audi dealer with all service records. How are the 3.0 TDI engine?
How are the 8 speed transmission? Are they DEF? How are the DPF systems?

To echo other replies, just look for normal used car issues. If it’s been maintained at one Audi dealer and all records are there, that’s great! I have a 2014 TDI and it’s a fantastic car. Power and fuel economy. The EPA fix didn’t change anything significant and I got paid handsomely to keep a car I love!

I absolutely love my TDI. Mine was fixed before I bought it so VW told me to piss off about the monies. I've driven mine for 15k miles. Outside of Audi Care Select (35k and 45k), I've brought it to Audi because of MMI issues, speaker rattling, and to get a wheel bearing replaced. No other issues. Audi Care Select for 2019 is STUPID expensive on the TDIs ($1250 MSRP), though, so I'd recommend going indy. From the Diesel Settlement, you do get free AdBlue filling, though. Which is nice. The DPF has a warranty on it, which IIRC is the greater of 4 years/48k miles from the current (at the time) mileage, or 10 years/120k miles from in-service date (i.e., total). I've had no issues with it but it's nice to know with the settlement, the exhaust system is covered (and then some--check out the settlement warranty). The torque is addictive

The engine can be a bit loud (i.e., sound like a diesel) at times, particularly at low speeds when it's warming up. Better fuel (higher lubricity and cetane rating) definitely helps with this. No idea where you are from, but it's tough to get good diesel reliably by me. But it does look like a few stations (like Exxon) are making a top tier diesel, which I've noticed has been better than the other garbage fuel. There are additives but I don't know if I've noticed any kind of improvement. There are tunes that can restore you to pre-fix condition and/or increase the power & fuel economy. Malone Tuning is probably best known here, but there are others.

Regarding the 8-speed. Love this transmission. I had a ZF 6-speed in my B7, and it never felt nearly as good as this one. While no DSG, the shifts are still plenty quick for me. It's stout and doesn't complain. There are also some newer tunes for transmissions (EPL and some other folks). A couple things: at least for TDI, it always tries to be in the highest gear it can be, for fuel economy. Also sometimes going from 1-2 or 3-2 can be a bit jerky if it just crosses over the shifting threshold. Other than that, no issues.

Had mine for about 5 years now. Pre fix was a much more refined experience, but still plenty fun now (had a fix applied last August). Fuel economy is great (about 10.5l/100km 100% city driving, was 9.5 before the fix). Mine eats through a tank of adblue in 8000km, used to last between Audi recommend service intervals pre fix (15000km). Other than regular maintenance, 0 issues for 110000km🤞. Like the others have said- tourque is awesome!

I am very happy with my TDI.

I have a 2014 A6 TDI Prestige, S line cold weather package, LEDs, no HUD, no B&O with 130K miles and so far it’s only needed routine maintenance. Tires, Brakes, Windshield Wipers, filters, and such.

I purchased it brand new in late 2014, and in 2016 the car sat for almost an entire year while I was away for work. So my miles are probably 75% highway.

Fortunately for me I can’t warn you about what to look for, but can reassure you if its been well maintained you can drive worry free.

About a year after the EPA fix I had a check engine light! It said it was the diesel particulate filter. Took it to the dealer and it was a sensor and not the actual DPF. Either way it was fixed as part of the TDI warranty.
From the VAGCOM
15474 - Particulate Matter Sensor P24AE 00 [232] - Electrical Malfunction MIL ON -

Post EPA fix I feel its louder when warming up, and generally runs at a higher RPM around town, but if that’s all you know, you would never know its any different

The car is an amazing tank in the snow, has great torque, and a smooth highway cruiser.

Glad to hear that you are going strong at 130k. I am at 88k and mine is still running strong.
