Here is everything you need to do it. Purchased, modified and used 100% successfully for 1K miles.

Includes:
01E transmission - completely rebuilt with JHM kit with upgraded synchros. 60K miles on trans before rebuild.
Shifter assembly
JHM short shift kit
JHM linkage bushings
3 Pedal Assembly
Clutch Slave Cylinder
Clutch Master Cylinder
Clutch hydraulic line
Rear Diff with fresh fluid and mounts.
Driveshaft
All 4 half-shafts (rears OEM and rebuilt, fronts OEM replacement, very durable).
034 Transmission Mounts
Half Shaft Guards (All)
Bell Housing Adapter for V8
OEM DM Flywheel
RS4 Clutch
Advanced Automation 6SP Swap Wiring Assembly and Spacer Part
All hardware (although you should really get some pieces new like flywheel etc.)
Will even include the exact tuning file for S6 - A6 or other, you're on your own.

All you have to do is buy this, add some elbow grease, a tiny bit of wiring and coding and you have a whole new beast.
Willing to split up parts where it makes sense.
