Newbie here, looking to adjust my shifter in my newly acquired S5, I purchased the car with the understanding the clutch and flywheel were just replaced. The small dealer told me they had a small indie shop do it. Now they issues i have is it's a little tough to get into reverse, have to toggle between 1st 4th them reverse to get it to go into reverse, and when it does go in there is no rear camera. I can get the rear camera to work if i am in first gear and push it fairly hard towards the dash and the back up camera and back up sensors go on.

With that said i would rather do this myself rather than have someone guessing on how to adjust it....

been looking through the forums and really haven't found anything on this subject...

Thanks in advance...

Dealer needs to fix that. They sold you a car with a dangerous shifter. No good if it's not aligned etc. They'll fix cause you can potentially sue

I would agree take it back to the dealer but suing the dealer may be a stretch
