Ordered an intake from them a few weeks ago, I have emailed them three times since I have ordered and not received a reply.
Has anybody else had communication problems with Sean @ SRM?

Yes, they are a little slow on the communications side of things. When I ordered my S6 Turbos, it took them about a month to get them to me. I was told at one point they were ready to ship and I didn't get a tracking number for another week. It was worth it in the end, but it was not quick.

Are you emailing Sean or their customer support off the website? Sean is a busy guy. He mentioned a month or so ago to contact their sales dept. A lot of products are made by him personally, especially when new products are testing demand. Products are worth it but not mass produced so can take a bit longer. I think the demand has him working on solutions for higher capacity production of his designs, ie investment in new technology and other methods.
