Fuel sender broke?

Wtf i filled up yesterday and today i turned on the car and is less the middle mark when it was suppose to be full and my yellow gas is turned on? [emoji34] did my fuel sender broke? I have a quattro btw if it helps

Update
Fuel level sender on the top is a little cracked leaking fuel so it ate the orange gasket on the connector. Ugh.

damn i thought they were cheap? mines always been like dalmations and im just fine with it. works on the low end at least.

I would check the level sensor on the driver side. I had the same symptoms along with that code. Turns out it was a broken wire on the driver side level sensor (not the one with the pump)

Just by any chance do you guys know where the MAP sensor is located at? Just want to remove it to give it a good clean is this one. 88407
