Low budge voltage meter Solution

I just found this USB charger on Amazon with a red digital voltage meter on it and figured I give it a go. I'm not the kind of person that buy something with zero reviews, but for $12, why not. That said, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Sorry they are a little dark, but the red voltage meter looks completely stock and it is solid metal. I'm impressed and I figure I would share with you all...
