Schwaben Coolant Refill Tool

Anyone know if you can use this tool to remove the coolant from the system? I know I could put the main unit into a bottle instead of the overflow tank but does anyone have any tricks to get it to suck the coolant out with the main head unit on the overflow tank? Essentially the opposite of what it’s meant to do?
