So basically I can get either the Nitto Motivo's or the Dunlop Sport Maxx GT ,which was the OEM tire on my car here in Canada, for the exact same price.Which one would you guys suggest?

You are required to have winter tires up there, right? In that case, I'd go with the Dunlop summer tires. I figure all-season tires don't make as much sense for you, but I can see why you could run them as well (I mean, how much of the year is really summer tire season?)

I've had the Motivos on my B7 and they were great for me. Lasted a long time, provided good wet and dry traction (snow was ok for an all-season), and they were not noisy. I may consider that route for my A6, but probably will convert to a summer and winter setup.

I do have the Nokian Hakka R2 as a winter setup.

So really I"m looking for a 3 season tire. I don't track but do enjoy my car if you know what i mean>

The Nittos do provide a long life and I didn't find the sidewalls to be squishy compared to something like a DWS
