As I am fairly new to this forum, I was wondering how to handle a member on this forum who I have paid for parts a few weeks ago, but have received no communication, tracking number or anything since I paid. I have PM'd and emailed a lot to no avail. Feedback please. Thanks.
Bill

Open up a dispute with PayPal, assuming you paid via Goods & Services. If you paid via Friends & Family, it's a lesson hard-learned.

Shitty to hear that, did you pay Paypal, if so did he ask for payment as friends and family?

You might try searching in the feedback forum or even posting there to get some advice moving forward, how did you send payment?

I see the seller is from Columbus Ohio, I was recently defrauded out of $700 in shipping costs from some asshole from their. Lesson learned for me as well.

Paid with PayPal and friends and family. Had many transactions on the Porsche forums with never a problem. Lesson learned never again. Thought I was doing someone a favor.

So ironic PayPal’s “friends and family” as oftentimes these are the people who demand the most insurance in a business transaction.

[emoji1418] F#*%$&@ thieves ! I bought and sold with friends and family before with folks from here and lots of other avenues and no issues but a good reminder to be cautious when dealing with people. Asks for a specific object to be included in the picture or request a video conference like face time to make sure it's the real deal. Seems like a lot but if the seller is authentic and motivated should be no worries. Thanks for sharing and for those idiots reading who are screwing people over I am sorry for you but you got what's coming to you !

Seriously I’ve never had a problem.
Too many lazy thieves on earth.

Nope, not this "flemming" character that I know of. The guy that took my money and ran seemed decent. But I guess, don't they all.
