I have nearly 100k miles on my s4, and never had to replace the rotors. I use the wearever gold brake pads which last forever and have good enough performance for my needs. I do need to change all 4 pads soon, do I have to replace my rotors at this point? If so, can anyone offer some good value rotors (oem performance or just below) which is priced nicely? Thanks.

I generally replace pads and rotors together. Zimmerman is my go to. Their zinc coated rotors are great.

I would say you got every dollar out of those rotors, there’s a possibility you may not need to but you definitely can’t have enough left that’s it’s not worth doing at the same time you change the pads
I would stay with OEM or like supplier if it worked out this well for you

I got this set back in April: StopTech Set (https://www.ecstuning.com/b-stoptech-parts/street-performance-axle-pack-service-kit-slotted-front-rear/934.33048~stp/)
Other than initial squeaking during break-in, everything has been good so far.

I use RAYBESTOS 980696 Advanced Technology with POWER STOP Z231322 (Z23-1322) from Rockauto. These have been an excellent combo and the pads are low dust. I always swap rotors when changing pads.

Do I have to change all 4 rotors at once? My back pads have a ton of life left. I was thinking just putting on 2 new oem rotors on the front.

Nothing says you have to if they don't need it, but have you measured the rotor thickness, to see what is actually left on them?
Frankly, I'm amazed you have gone 100k on originals.
