So...

2014 Audi S4, 40K miles.

Mods: 034 Motorsports ECU Tune, E40 Tune, Dual Pulley (186/57.5) running E42; hx, brand new OEM HPFP with Autotech; Brand new Flex Fuel LPFP. Blah.

-Before replacing both pumps with new ones (I had original OEM LPFP, and Original HPFP with autotech piston installed).

-Car then started stalling, and sometimes wouldn't start. Ran VCDS, first a low pressure side fault showed up so I replaced my original LPFP with the upgrade Flex LPFP.

-Car was fine until a week later when I threw a Rail Pressure fault, so then I replaced my original HPFP with a new Audi one, and reinstalled the autotech piston.

-Car was fine for a few weeks and then I started having start issues, and then eventually (today) it died on the freeway. Fun stuff. Used VCDS again, and now the same low pressure fuel side code, same I had a few weeks ago, came again:

Anyone have any ideas?

I was able to start the car this morning after many attempts and did a WOT run on the freeway and all the fuel factors looked fine.

It seems you need to check your fuel pressures across the board with your VCDS. From what you’re seeing it seems you’re leaning out, pump is not keeping out with demand of fuel needed. This a common problem with some running high E85 percentages. Maybe, someone with more experience can chime in and guide you. Check out the fuel pump mods that some on here are performing and also torgbytes new fuel pump module. It is not out from what Loe and Geoff have found but in the process. But you’re definitely running into fuel starvation problems.

Yes I'm on an E40 tune, so I'm running E40
