So last night after doing a 1/4 mile run with my dragy unit, after the run I got a light that came on that said turn off car and check coolant level. I checked coolant and I pretty much went through 3/4 of my coolant but I couldn't see any major leaks. I have the APR CPS and was wondering if anyone else had this issue?

3/4 of your coolant was gone after you drained what was left, or what you can see in the reservoir was down by 3/4? Not trying to be nit picky but there is a huge difference both in terms of diagnosis and volume.

What you can see in the reservoir was down by 3/4 I didn't drain it just popped the hood after it happened and coolant was gone. I had some coolant residue right above the coolant reservoir on the hood

Most likely a PCV if you're not seeing leaks. The bigger question is - when did you check the coolant last. if you checked it the day before - then that's a different issue. if you haven't looked at it in the last 3-4 weeks, taht's different.

I checked the coolant a week before and it was between min and max.

I'll ask some silly questions: Was the coolant reservoir cap threaded & tightened properly? Is the rubber seal on the cap still in good shape?
Coolant residue on the hood sounds like coolant was "spitting" out from the top of the reservoir. Maybe it's as simple as a bad seal on the cap? Any pictures you can post might be helpful.

When you installed the CPS did you bleed it? It could have gotten some of the air out of the system.

Checked the cap looks fine to me it was sealed properly. No I had it installed by APR dealer so don't know if it was bleed or not. Here is a picture of the coolant residue.70093

Also is the fact there is some water slushing sound from start up an issue with this? It does go away after a few minutes.

Is there any coolant residue on/around your AC lines? If there's a pinhole leak in the reservoir cap, you'll probably see it there.
A way less likely alternative: there could be a small leak where CPS bleed system splices into the OEM coolant return (skinny black tube going to the top of the reservoir). The splice point should be under your radiator cowel. If your radiator cowel is in place, it's unlikely that coolant would get on your hood. If the cowel is not attached, that might be a good connection point to check for leaks since APR's guide suggests cutting that tube in certain cases (Page 11:http://manuals.goapr.com/Engine_Hardware/Supercharger_Accessories/MS100127_30tfsi_40t_CPS.pdf).

nothing around ac coolant lines, I'll check the Cowel

Interesting..
Hypothesis based on that. There was air in your system. Wasn't bled properly. Recently - it "burped" itself (likely thorugh your coolant fill) and you didn't burn/lose any coolant - but it was never truly full as you had a large air pocket prescence.
It's a thought.. Fill it up, ride it out for a few days and monitor it.

That's the plan for now. Thanks

When was the CPS system installed? If the last time you checked(a week ago) it was the day of or the day after install, the burping hypothesis is gaining traction.

No I've had the CPS installed at the end of April but it hasn't really seen aggressive driving until last night when I pulled out the dragy device to do a 1/4 mile run.

I call bullshit on this!!! Your wife doesn't read this forum.. You don't have to front
"I went dual pulley and boost noodle but just used it as a commuter the last 3 months"
Pscyhe
The gurgling behind the dash indicates you either had air in your system or your heater core is fucked/broken... I'd bet on the former

I mean I do an occasional 2nd to 3rd pull but nothing as hard as I did last night with the dragy, not married so no need to front lol.

My speed shop just installed my PLM HX and while they claim to have done some sort of vacuum coolant fill, I still had a large drop in my overflow tank and once they refilled it, hasn't come back.

So been monitoring cooling for the past 4 days no a drop was lost since I filled it up, took it into Audi to have them pressure test it did a test for about 1hr and nothing so its believed that the system burped itself. All is good and now.
