Will Flex fuel sensor impact fuel delivery?

So S4matty and I have been chatting as we work on flex fuel sensors and displays. He has been reading that the flow rate on these may impact fuel delivery. I have read where some have put a D Loop to limit this.

Any dual pulley guys running a flex fuel sensor seeing any issues?

I've thought about this too but haven't ran into issues because of it.
