If I wanna jack up the right rear side to put a ramp or something else under the wheel, where should I use a floor jack? Is it okay to use it right at the edge of that axle(red circle)?

The factory jacking points are the best spot to lift from. They're a little further forward of the rear wheels, just behind the back doors along the edge of the body. I use my floor jack with either a v-block to protect the body panel seam or else I'll place it just inside the seam. So far I haven't bent anything (fingers crossed).

If I understand what you're showing, I've always thought of that area to be a little flimsy.

Ok. I'm just afraid I'll bend/damage it if I use the factory points. Maybe I should try your method

I scavenged the lifting block off of an extra OEM jack I had and modified it to fit on top of my floor jack. But I have a hard time finding it sometimes, so I'll just place the floor jack as close as I can to the inside edge of the body panel seam. If you look underneath, there are some welds on the bottom of the floor panel where you can see the structural reinforcements and lifting holes for the conveyors at the factory, I try to stay in that area.
