Planning to buy 245/35R19 PS4S and use with my OEM wheels (19x8 et46). Not sure if the fitment is safe? Car came with 235/35's.

Yes. 245/35 will be safe.

I'm running 245/35 all round on my S3 and no problems.

As an aside, a PS4S 235 is wider than many other manufacturers’ 245 tires.

Thats why I was worried if 245 PS4S is too wide for an 8" rim.

245 will be fine. even audi themselves has some oem set up with 245 on 8 rims. my buddy's 2014 A4 came with 245/40/18 and the rims where 8.
