So I’ve found a Q5 that I want to buy. The dealer says it’s a 1 owner 19k miles , no accidents. I’ve asked if it’s Audi CPO and their answer is that it’s autocheck certified. My question is... can I get it CPO before I buy it?

If the dealer that has the car is not an Audi dealership then no. Only an Audi dealership can CPO a car.

Only an Audi dealer can certify a car and then it must meet certain criteria outside of the miles/year. You can ask the dealer, but add around at $2000-$3000 to the price.
