Cleaning headlight bulbs

I just got a new pair of bulbs for my fogs ($$$) and I wanted to clean them before I put them in. I was going to use Isopropyl Alchohol just to make sure they aren't dirty. Good idea or should I use a different cleaning solution?

Alchohol will do the trick, just fine.

Rub them all over your face and get as much greese as you can on them, install them and turn them on for a good couple of hours...
