i was told that the heads people swap onto their 2.7s are the 2.8 heads. can anyone confirm that the 3,0 heads are inferior to the 2.8 heads?

The 3.0 heads have a different bolt pattern, that's why everyone uses he 2.8 heads. I've already looked into it. From what I can tell the 3.0 and 2.8 heads have the same size of valves, but it doesn't really matter even if I'm wrong since they won't fit anyways.
