Anyway to find out if ECU has been flashed?

Howdy, I have an Audi A7 TDI. When I first bought the car, off the the line WOT, the car used to hit hard. I've had to get multiple things fixed from the dealership. The car doesn't seem as fast as it used to.

Anyway to find if the ECU has been flashed without asking the dealership? The car has a couple upgrades, like RS grill, caliper covers, S badges (which I've taken off), etc. Trying to figure if the original owner had one, dealer hadn't said anything yet.

You can give your VIN # to the different tuners and see if a tune has ever been associated with your VIN.

Is it possible that Audi flashed it to behave properly wrt/ emissions following the whole dieselgate incident... just a thought.

I just got the fix today. The fix made the car feel like it's in Sport mode all the time.
