agree on the interior - i wish the exterior was a bit more defined. Not Civic Type R territory but I like how BMW differentiates the M3 from the 335i - they could take it a step further on the RS5 with some of the design lines and still keep the subtly of it IMO.

it looks better....but after getting hosed on resale on my current RS5 i think next go round i will buy a used porsche turbo so i dont lose 50%. this cars performance doesnt match the price.

I'm in the same boat as you and really want to see it in person. In my case, I am trying to decide between Coupe & Sportback model but there has been little info on the RS5 SB yet. It will be revealed soon I think...

I am warming up to it, but probably will wait for the RS5 Performance before considering it. Hoping Audi on Demand will soon get theirs for their fleet, so I can take one out for a proper extended test drive in the canyons.

As cool as it is, I'm betting they found it to be of little benefit, and mostly just extra weight. I totally forgot about the wing though. Would I have liked to see it on the new car? For sure! I'd never realize any benefit, but it's just cool :)

Word on the street is that an RS5 Performance is in development. I'm kinda holding out for that as well. I'm hoping for two things. A bit more RS DNA and a dual clutch transmission (one can hope). I'm also eyeing the midcycle refresh, hoping that the all new MMI from the A6,7,8 is gonna make its way down to the 4 and 5. If I'm not mistaken, that system is Android based at least the one that looks like it that was demoed in the Q8 concept is. I feel like the current system in the 5 is already outdated and a step backwards in usability compared to the old system. The system they demoed in the Q8 has native Google Maps support. The nav lets you choose between HERE Maps and Google Maps for navigation and I'm guessing you can install Waze as well, since it essentially supports Android Auto apps. No need to plug in the phone or being stuck with Apple Maps for those with an iPhone.
