Fairly certain APR dongles can only be paired to one ecu so they can't be resold but I could be mistaken.

You are correct. An authorized dealer is supposed to be able to “clear one” but we have been waiting a while for that...

PM’d correct. It will come with an APR Authorization code for the Stage II upgrade from Stage 1.
