Service Due 2014 A6 C7 reset??

Hello, I recently had an oil change A6 C7. The service due wasn't reset in MMI. So I researched it and reset it myself. It clears the little wrench in the HUD in the dash. But when I turn off the car it dings and says service due again? Then when I restart the car it notifies me again. I double checked my steps and did the process again and it still does it. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

You have to either take it to the dealer or do it yourself with ross tech your self

The reset in the MMI is good for oil change, not service intervals.
