I've always gone to Sonnen (Audi Marin), but as of late it's been really bad. Service appointments are booked out 3+ weeks, and they keep running out of loaner cars. People have not been as happy and walk the border of rude. I'm close to finding another dealership.

I am a big fan of Audi concord. My service adviser, Mike Forney, is an absolutely delight to work with. He genuinely cares about my satisfaction and goes above and beyond not only to deal with whatever issue I am having at any particular time but also make sure nothing else is looming with my car. I am extremely picky and anal about our cars and not once have they argued with me about even the most minor things I have complained about.
On the sales side I think I have referred more than 10 people to them and they all came away extremely happy.
Don't take my word for it. Call and make an appointment with Mike and tell him I referred you from the forum.

Audi Fremont. Bought my CPO S6 and sales/services is top notch. The Service Manager is totally cool about mods on cars and the shop is mod friendly. Just let him know in advance before services are needed. He will let you know what to put back to OEM. My car has a Stage 1 EPL ECU/TCU tune and it needed a smog check which they forgotten to do before taking delivery. He told me to flash the car back to OEM and drive the car for at least a couple of days to rebuild data. Pass with no issues! The SM believes that AoA should pay for the majority of work done on any audi. They will do everything to justify the repairs to AoA to minimize the cost to the consumer. PM me for details.

Going to second the recommendation of Audi Fremont. I have not spoken with the service manager and my car is stock but the experience has been great so far. Took my sq5 in for a timing chain rattle and without question they took it in and updated me later thatbdaybthatbthey would be doing the work under warranty. Both Audi Palo alto and rektor Audi dismissed my claims and told me it was "normal" without even wanting to take a look at it. Communication has been great, they have treated me excellently, and have been almost too nice during this whole process. After my Ford dealer experience it is almost unsettling. They also have me an a5 sportback sline with the digital dash for a loaner which has been pretty awesome.

I've always had a great experience with Audi Marin. Sad to hear that their service is going down the drain!
