Greetings Audi.
~9 months ago my TDI Settlement claim was denied by Audi. For reasons that I do not understand, I received two messages from Audi three days ago (1x via E-Mail, 1x via mail) stating that my claim was denied. Was this to re-nofity me of something I already knew and presumed to be a non-issue? Rub it in my face a second time?
Long story short, my over seas assignment was extended by 1 year on 10-Jan-17, to return to CONUS o/a 20-March-2018. With no end to the TDI Court process in sight as of 10-Jan, we listed our 2014 A6 TDI Prestige for sale, and completed the transaction on 17-Feb. That date was 17 days after the court directed no-later-than date to own/sell/prior-owner status. I submitted all documents to Audi/VWoA TDI Settlement folks, who promptly denied the claim citing that, while "I filed as a prior-owner on time, we filed incorrectly." This included documentation stating that I was directed to remain over-seas for an additional 12 months.
Now receiving additional notifications that my claim is still denied...can't make sense of this. Any insights to this quandary would be appreciated. Thanks AoA!
