Just curious what’s the longest anyone’s ever waited for a loaner? I’m going on week 5 now. I’ve been patient as it was explained there was a surge due to recalls. I feel like I paid for this loaner when I bought cpo so why pay for an Uber. All this for some oil, cabin filter, and sunroof lube. 🤦*♂️🤦*♂️

Never waited. Dealer always has one, but I do schedule to have one when I make the service appointment.

I've had to wait up to a 3 weeks but can usually get in by then. There's no way they can't get you an appointment with a loaner after 5 weeks.

Call Chris at Audi Arlington and ask him why. I haven’t a clue but when I finally got ahold of a human being at Audi Tyson’s she knew exactly what I was talking about. This is my first Audi and Everything about this experience from the sales, Audi financial, Audi Chantilly, and even the car itself has been disappointing as shit.

Right when you mentioned Audi at Tysons.....I knew what the problem was. They, were horrible. Chantilly, was fantastic. Night and day.

5 weeks is entirely too long. I have only been to Audi of Tysons for parts purchases (I have a guy that does most of my repairs these days). Still, I have had work done at Arlington and Chantilly...I would recommend one of them, preferably Chantilly. They were great with me when checking out my car when I first bought it. Rockville Audi seems good also...dealt with them too. There are a few decent dealerships in the area that are good alternatives to what you are experiencing.

Three weeks later and i haven’t even heard from my SA Chris at Audi Arlington who claimed he was going to talk to his manager about reserving a loaner and get back to me. Stay away from that loser and Arlington Audi if you can.

I’m close to 2 months now. Been waiting for my RS3 to be released from port. Got a loaner from them early January. Just have a loaded A4.
