Rok Euro Intake

So after a previous post asking for opinions between RokEuro vs REVO intake I had a few people tell me that RokEuro had horrible customer service. I emailed them asking to cancel my order that night. Well the next morning I had an email from them stating the order had been canceled, and they asked the reason behind my decisions. I explained to them that I was a little leary about their product and CS from others on the forums experiences, and for just a little more I could go with another product. To my disbelief he replied almost immediately and acknowledged that in the past they have had not the greatest CS and said that they were trying to turn that around. Without trying to push the sale he informed me that if i changed my mind that they offered a military discount (my email has my military signature) and that even though the intake was on sale, he would be willing to offer that discount on top of the sale price. He seemed very honest and straight forward and we swapped several more emails after that and talked a little about their R&D and data behind their product. I went ahead and went through with the purchase and he said he would make sure it shipped the next day. Was very impressed with how fast he responded and even more impressed that he acknowledged and apologized for their prior short comings. Ill report back and update once I get the product and get some track/dyno time with it. If you're on the fence about buying from them give them a call or email them and see what you think.

He's a nice guy. Fulfillment just isn't his strongest suit. If you're not in a huge hurry go for it.

The whole order->receipt lag can be so protracted it's become a bit of a joke. It'll show up, you just won't know exactly when.

Same thing happened to me, before I ordered I emailed him stating my concerns with what I had read. He was well aware of the negative comments and was trying to fix things, I only had to wait a week for my intake to show up. Couldn't be happier!

Not dissing on the customer service because at the end of the day, the product is what matters most...on that note, there's data out there that shows this intake losing power on these cars.

But if you love turbo spool, you'll love this intake

Loved the sound. After MONTHS of unreturned emails and voicemails, had to do a credit card dispute for replacement filters. Decided to go with something with some proven performance gains. I do miss the sound though.

I purchased the intake about a year ago. The CS complaints were about the same as they are now, but I did I end up getting the intakes in a reasable amount of time. Love the sounds [drool][drool]

I have a choice between this and an AWE carbon intake on my 16 A7...both are in stock at my local shop. The AWE is nearly triple in price though...

I see ppl post this but there is no proof I have yet to see posted. The only post that questioned things was the AWE posts and that was an open element design but not rec-euro. In fact quite different. The S6 AWE dynos showed the roc-euro had gains. The open element designs still own the leader board in the 1/4 mike thread as well. I have the roc-euro and just received my Eventuri, no awd dyno around me, but I do hope to hit the track or pick up a vbox to log some data.

Update.... got UPS tracking today...... Its on its way 1 day after order was placed. Also.... Got APR stage 1 :D
