Heading there tomorrow, and coming back next Friday, so might not get any hits, but worth trying. I'm tired of always getting crappy jobs by unrecommended shops/people. Have dealt with VentureShield many years ago, but my last cars have been wrapped in Suntek (but with X-Pel patterns), since it's supposedly the best film for this hot area, but who knows (might have been just the cheapest). What I've been disappointed is the crappy craftsmanship, with manual cuts that looked done by a heavily drunk person, to bad alignment of pieces, many times with huge gaps at one end, and going over the edge at the opposite, therefore lifting (and getting dirt underneath) over time. Called both Austin and Houston X-Pel places and they want an arm and a leg, and again, I have zero recommendations, so will pass blindly. I paid $1,400 for my Porsche Cayman GTS less than 2 years ago for full front (including mirrors and headlights), A-pillars+roof kit, full rocker panels (including entire rear intake area), and behind rear wheels. Now just for the front (very little grille on S6) they want 2 grand.

Hopefully somebody will have both a shop recommendation, and a film as well. Many thanks.

I’ve used SunTint in Austin for both windows and PPF. SunTek on both, they do good work. They use patterns for the most part, so minimal, if any, cutting required for PPF.

I used them with my Porsche less than 2 years ago (Porsche recommended them), and the guy did an awful job. Don't know if their cutting machine was down, but almost everything was cut by hand, and by what looked like a heavily drunk person. Waves everywhere, and bubbles everywhere. Unless it was for free, I wouldn't use them again. Literally anybody else except them. He he. But thanks for the help. Should have specified that exception.

I see Stephen got back to you with Aadel's number.
He should be able to help you out.
