I have the CTS Supercharger pulley and APR stage 2 tune.
Which crank pulley should I go with? Do I need one? Is it worth replacing the crank pulley with another one to avoid failures?

You can run the CTS crank pulley, and the belt that it comes with can be used the CTS supercharger pulley.

Fwiw I have that setup and it comes with a 1300 belt which isn’t that tight I bought a 1290 and it’s nice and snug perfect fit no slipping.

Are you running the CTS 187mm or 180mm crank pulley?

Does CTS have more than one SC pulley?

My CTS 187mm came with a 1320 belt, which slipped with my Unitronic upper pulley.. Swapped in a 1310 and everything is good now !

Yep they send belts that are 10mm to long.

180
Would you recommend the 180? I’m torn between either CTS or fluidampr’s pulley and belt. I’m about to just jump from stock to stage 2 and was going back and forth on the size and manufacturer.

For stage 2 I would recommend the fluodamper 183 or 187 crank pulley or if you want a solid CP go with the 187. If you plan to go dual pulley in the future get a 180 or 183 that way you’re at a good ratio once you put on a sc pulley.

Thanks for your insight. Definitely going with single pulley. I would do DP if my commute was 25k miles per year and I had a second car lol.

You'll need a dual pulley tune unless you get anything besides a 163mm pulley... I believe JHM makes one of these. But you might as well just get a bigger crank pulley and go DP while you're at it.

He already has a SC pulley, Most tuners recommend a 179mm Crank pulley for a nice ratio. Lightwieght vs dampened has been debated a lot, IMO it doesn't really matter what you do.
