S-tronic malfunctions help

Hey guys I have an Audi s4 b8.5 2013 with 75000miles.
I recently had a transmission malfunction while starting the car when I turned it of and on again it disappeared I drove it with no problem. Btw i have the problem every once a while when I drive and come to a stop that the 2nd gear to first gear clunk.
