has some cheap parts on it (tires, fake carbon fiber, exhaust)

Run the VIN through the major tuning companies to see if it’s been tuned. I personally don’t like getting a car that’s clearly been molested already because the owner abused it more than likely

The exhaust appears to be Stasis and the intake appears to be APR stage 2 pipe. Neither of which in my opinion are inferior parts. Car also does not have the SD option which may matter to you.

thanks, guys. from what the dealer tells me, it has had some suspension work / aftermarket exhaust (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_JcnjbIIXk) / and faux carbon fiber on the interior (which i found odd, but it's removable). trying to decide what to buy in the next day or so......
here were my other options, really value your opinion fellas (here's my situation: i drive about 10k miles a year, have a 3yr old so need room for a car seat, and am hoping to find a reliable AWD car for the next 3 years):

Option 3 mainly because it’s the 2013 mid model refreshed version , not to familiar with the panamara and its issues. I’m pretty sure maintenance would cost a pretty penny

I would buy 3 as well. Updated DSG, no mecha mecha issues and you should buy my set of rotors to ditch the peelers.
2015 S4 DSG - CTS Intake, APR Stage 1 ECU, APR TCU, APR CPS, AWE Touring, AWE Res Pipes, 034 Trans/Diff/Subframe Mounts, RS Grille, RS Fog Grilles, ECS Boost Gauge, TSW Nurburgring 19x9.5

My only concern is why it the 2013 (which should be the obvious choice due to updates) the cheapest car? Even at similar mileage it should be more.

from the carfax, option 3 has had an accident...light rear bumper. the seller assures me it was just a light tap. i'm leaning towards #3 as well....price is hard to beat....88k miles though...

only thing I don't like about 2013 cars is the first year electric steering. there is like a 40 page thread of problems with it here somewhere.

well, that's scary......so you'd prefer a 2012?

or this one....option 7: http://www.ottosource.com/vehicle-details/used-2014-audi-s4-3-0t-premium-plus-dallas-tx-id-21798576
I’d lean towards option 3 as well. I almost bought that exact car myself a month ago. I ended up with a $13k 2010 s4 that I’m currently modding the crap out of with the extra money. However at times I do kinda wish I had gotten the updated model. I wouldn’t worry too much about the mileage these are great cars.

Congrats on purchase. If out of warranty then catch up on any needed maintaince/issues.
Start reading for mods. I did all mine over a 3 month span and have no regrets.
For starters I'd do.
Rear sway bar, cr15, intake, tune/tunes, Xpipe/exhaust, suspension then wheels with good tires.

If you don't mind me asking, whats mileage is on your 2010 ? Seems like a great deal at 13k

If it was a CPO Porsche you get this now: Porsche Approved Certified Limited Warranty. Porsche Approved Certified Pre-owned Limited Warranty: 2 Years / Unlimited Mileage Warranty coverage from the expiration of the new vehicle limited warranty or the date of sale if the new vehicle limited warranty has expired**
Porsche's certified pre-owned program is one of the best on the market, largely due to the brand's impressive warranty, which offers the longest coverage of any automaker CPO program.
I just switched to a Macan S - enjoy your [s4]
