How hard of an install is it? anyone have a good writeup?

And how much are they from the audi/vm dealership, i called them up and they said like 50 bucks but i always hear people saying they paid like 30 at the audi dealership..?

Install is easy...the write ups are often more difficult than the install itself. check the DIY section I think there's one there. Also check AW. HEck check the FS section here and on the vortex. $30 for a new 710n is the standard.

BTW, why are you replacing it? are you having problems?

Since you have the 2000 MY just jack up the front of the car. Remove the belly pan (remove front and back screws plus the ones that you can access through the wheel well), then look behind the passenger side fog lights.
