LPFP Hose

First time I've had to tackle replacing the fuel pump. There are 2 black hoses that come from the level sending unit side of the tank, one with a white end on it that connects to a hose coming from the fuel pump. The other hose coming from the level sending unit side is wider at the end but wasn't connected to anything when I pulled the old pump out. Trying to verify if it is suppose to be like this, connect to something or put in a specific spot.

Hard to tell from your description but that second line, if it is larger in diameter than the first line which connects to the second outlet from the LPFP, gets pushed into the basket itself through a hole in the top of the basket.

You nailed it. I just needed to look a little farther down the whole in the basket. I see where it's suppose to slide in. Thanks man!
