Rebuilt my compressor and now she blows straight out of the air intake tube.
Here are the codes I got:

Everything was working correctly except for slow compressor response.

If I had to guess, your issue is with the venting solenoid. The pump is being told to run, but the solenoid is opening the relief valve.
Make sure no wires were f'd up while removing the pump.

So the issue has been solved:
I emailed Andy yesterday letting him know of my issue. Here's his response:

The one way valve he's talking about is stuffed in between the dryer and the cylinder head under a steel plate with holes in. Andy's photo: ithttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171105/0d95630a79d28ca5aaa4d16d261146db.jpg
I had this situated the wrong way. The small washer was fitted into the hole, while the nub part of the valve was then stuffed into the hole and the spring situated on top of that and sandwiched between the plate and head. It should look like this:

1. Rubber valve
2. Steel washer
3. Spring
The Allroad then went from this, a fine look I want to achieve next spring

To this, level 3

Follow the instructions when rebuilding, however the cylinder head itself is straightforward in putting together the only catch is making sure that valve is orientated correctly.
