Removing Catalytic converters

I looked and couldn’t find anything on this so i was wondering what i should do to remove my cats because i found “rave pipes” which are cat less but i can’t find an install video and what would be the best way to remove

AFIK, it's an engine-out procedure to remove the cats, at least on the RS5. I'd think the S5 would be the same.
