I bought the car used with a tint 2007 A4 B7 2.0T. 7 years later the back window tint is bubbling and looks real bad all over. Take it to get tint fixed, they warn me it will probably ruin the heat strips. I live in TX so I did not really care about losing the heat strips. Little did I know the radio and key fob antenna are also on those lines.

Anyway, anything I can replace it with?

Damn. Unfortunately now those lines are under another tint. I've never tinted before, but I thought why not keep the look I got the car with. Opportunity missed.

The tint shop you used are clumsy. I had my windows tinted when I bought the car in 2010. The rear started bubbling earlier this year and I had it replaced under the shop's warranty (great shop, great guy). No problems. They should have been more careful removing the old tint.
