I notice that when I drive conservatively it feels like all my gears shift smoothly and catch good, when I WOT theres delay in the response and RPMs. I can go into 3rd gear leaving 2nd at 7K RPM and soon as I hit 3rd the RPM wont drop back down to 3k or 4k but instead hovers at 6k with no response except clearly the engine is reving at those RPMS so its true, its just not converting it to the wheels, and then the RPM will finally drop and the clutch feels like its engaged and itll accelerate after the first brief slip and this repeats itself throughout the RPM band and gears at WOT. Bad clutch? No CEL, and I would assume with a bad clutch I would at min get a TCM light of some kind, maybe not?

Sounds like a bad clutch, also you have no tcm as your the tcm in a manual [emoji23]
Manuals don’t have a transmission controller as there’s nothing to control, just a neutral safety switch and a reverse light switch
Also it definitely sounds like a bad clutch, if it’s a stock clutch then you gotta upgrade
